Sam, nice to meet u I am with you on this one. Cooking allows me try new approaches to classic recipes that I never had the courage to do so before. In a way I’m creating my own recipes. It makes me think about how different cuisines around the world developed and grew over time. It’s exciting and intriguing and that inspires me a bunch.
